At our industry-leading training school, we run courses covering heat loss calculation, system design and individual product application. Our workshops are tailored to suit plumbers, installers and specifiers.

For all courses, we aim to start at 8:30am and finish at 5pm at our head office in Christchurch. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided at appropriate times.

Courses have to be pre-paid: No places can be guaranteed without payment. A cancellation fee of 20% will be applied for any courses cancelled 10 days before the training day (Covid related lockdown exempt from cancellation fee).

    This intensive course is designed to give you the knowledge and practical skills required to work with gas boilers from installation to commissioning.

  • Heat Pumps

    This course is aimed at installers who want to learn more about installing and commissioning air-to-water heat pumps. Covering the Chofu and Domusa range, installers can expect to learn the fundamentals behind using heat pumps for hydronic heating, as well as gaining practical experience in installing and commissioning.

  • Diesel Boilers

    This intensive course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills required to work with diesel boilers from installation to commissioning. Installers will learn about the application of diesel boilers in a central heating system, as well an overview on approaches to servicing and troubleshooting.

  • Commercial Boilers

    The course provides training on the Baxi Duo-tec commercial range, installation guidelines and best practice, review of control features as well as commissioning and servicing the boilers.
